Catch the Hyundai Kona at the Chicago Auto Show
The 2018 Chicago Auto Show is happening February 10-19 at McCormick Place. This is the largest auto show in the United States, and it will feature many brands showing off their best vehicles. One of these vehicles is the 2018 Hyundai Kona that is all-new for 2018.
Hyundai is expanding its crossover lineup with the all-new 2018 Kona. This Hyundai vehicle is smaller than the Hyundai Tucson, so it will be in the subcompact crossover segment. This crossover will seat five and give you a good amount of cargo space to give you a crossover that is capable for a road trip as well as the urban atmosphere. This vehicle will also give you the power and performance you need.
According to the Chicago Auto Show, “There will be two engines available: A 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that makes 147 horsepower, and a 1.6-liter turbocharged four-cylinder that makes 175 horsepower. The 2.0-liter is paired to a six-speed automatic transmission, while the 1.6-liter turbocharged features a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. The Kona will be available with front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive.”
The Hyundai Kona will be offered in four different trim levels: SE, SEL, Limited and Ultimate. Each of these trim levels will offer you different standard and available features including but not limited to a BlueLink Connected Car System, heated front seats, Bluetooth, a sunroof and a navigation system.
You can also get a good number of safety features for the Kona; the Chicago Auto Show tells us, “Available safety features include blind-spot detection, rear cross-traffic detection, lane-change assist, lane-departure warning, rearview camera, stability control and traction control.”
