Hyundai Has Earned Your Top Loyalty For 14 Consecutive Years

Recently, Hyundai Motor America was once again awarded for our customer loyalty. It’s the 14th consecutive year that Hyundai ranked first in customer loyalty in the automotive industry by the Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Engagement Index (CLEI). For the 14th consecutive year, Hyundai was number one in customer loyalty as determined by CLEI. Hyundai also ranked in the top 20 among all brands and has finished inside the top 20 every year since 2017, based on the Brand Keys Brand Loyalty Leaders survey. For 2023, Hyundai is the only automotive company awarded a spot in the Top-20.

To determine the CLEI rankings, Brand Keys interviewed 113,550 consumers between the ages of 16 to 65 years drawn from the nine US Census Regions. During the interview, respondents self-select categories in which they are consumers and brands for which they are customers, assessing 987 brands in 110 categories. Among the hundreds of brands, Hyundai earned the top spot from interviewees.
