2018 Hyundai Accent Features Innovative, New Changes

According to a recent statement from Hyundai, the new Accent is composed of 54.5 percent Advanced High Strength Steel (an increase of 13 percentage points compared to the vehicle’s fourth generation model) from the automaker’s captive Hyundai Steel plant. The additional steel improves the Accent’s torsional rigidity by 32 percent and helps to improve noise isolation, collision energy management and fuel efficiency. With the addition of available Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist technology, Hyundai has made sure this new Hyundai model for sale is one of the safest yet.
